Dress Code
All students must arrive at school every day following the dress code. Notice of any special day dress exceptions will be communicated in advance to students and parents in writing or by call-out.
Norman Binkley and MNPS are committed to providing a safe and secure environment. In addition, a proper learning atmosphere is essential for the education of each student. Student attire must not take away from learning and cannot be distracting or offensive to others. Parents of students who are dressed inappropriately will be contacted via written note or phone call.
